Position Overview:
The Manager of Talent, Culture, & Employee Engagement is responsible for driving a comprehensive people strategy that attracts top talent, fosters a positive organizational culture, and enhances employee engagement across the company. This role will lead efforts in talent acquisition, employee development, and employee retention, as well as promoting a work environment and culture aligned with the company’s values and goals. The Manager will report to the Head of HR, and will collaborate closely with company leadership and HR teammates to implement programs that prioritize employee satisfaction, diversity, and inclusion, ensuring the organization remains a desirable place to work.
Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and recruit top talent across Alta.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing.
- Serve as an in-house expert to support interviewing and selection of candidates.
- Work with hiring managers to understand needs and build a robust talent pipeline.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, and adjust strategies accordingly to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Talent Management & Development:
- Design and execute talent development strategies to retain and nurture high-potential employees.
- Manage logistics of the talent review process to identify high-potential employees and create career development paths to support succession planning efforts.
- Work with department heads to design and implement training and development programs that support skill building and employee growth.
- Partner with Senior HR Generalist and other team members to enhance onboarding processes to ensure a seamless and positive experience for new employees.

Culture & Employee Engagement:
- Drive a positive organizational culture that aligns with the company’s mission, values, and business objectives.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs, including surveys, feedback mechanisms, and recognition programs.
- Lead initiatives to foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
- Organize company-wide events and activities that enhance team collaboration and employee morale.
- Look for opportunities to win industry awards and corporate recognition
- Submit Press Releases surrounding company events, promotions, etc.

Employee Relations & Retention:
- Serve as a key point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance on conflict resolution and performance management.
- Partner with leadership to develop and execute strategies to reduce turnover.
- Conduct stay interviews and exit interviews; analyze feedback to provide actionable insights on retention and engagement.

Data & Analytics:
- Leverage HR analytics to track and assess the impact of TCE initiatives.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership to improve employee engagement and experience.
- Monitor key metrics, such as employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention, to inform decision-making and optimize HR strategies.

Collaboration with HR & Leadership Teams:
- Work closely with HR, company leadership, and department managers to ensure that talent and engagement strategies align with broader business goals.
- Collaborate with HR to integrate engagement initiatives with recruiting, performance management, and employee relations efforts.
- Provide leadership and support for cultural initiatives that promote employee development and enhance business outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, or organizational development, with a strong track record of creating and implementing successful HR programs.

- Experience building robust organizational cultures that deliver uncommon business results and employee retention.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to influence at all levels..

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to measure and track initiatives..
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, ATS systems, and employee engagement platforms.
Certifications:
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred.
- Certifications in talent acquisition, employee engagement, or organizational development are a plus.
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
