Responsibilities Following lesson plans provided by the Teacher Managing the classroom effectively Adapting teaching methods to fit the needs of students Supervising students in and out of the classroom Resume Bachelors/Masters Degree Copy of California Preliminary Credential/ Clear Teaching Credential Preferred 3 Letter of Reference (within 2 years) Letter of Introduction Confident computer technology skills TB Test within 60 days CPR/First Aid/Bloodborne Certification - Preferred Skills and Experience Experience working in an IB world school Recent and relevant professional development in teaching and learning Experience and/ or knowledge of backward planning to develop learning units Proven ability to work in an urban school environment Excellent organizational and time management skills Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
