Duties
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve territory sales goals.
- Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Manage existing accounts while upselling additional products and services to maximize revenue.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Customer entertainment
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing product benefits and value propositions.
Experience
- Must be fluent in Korean
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with territory management techniques and account management best practices.
- Experience in lead generation strategies, including cold calling and networking.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
