Alta Resource Technologies (Alta) is a next generation mining company that uses synthetic biology to separate critical minerals from conventional and unconventional resources, including e-waste. Founded in 2023, the company is expanding its team in Boulder, CO and Washington, DC.
Alta is seeking a highly organized Executive Administrator with exceptional execution to join its growing team. This role will provide day-to-day organizational and logistical leadership to the multiple company functions as needed. The successful candidate will have prior experience as an executive assistant/office manager; someone with mining, mineral, energy tech, business background strongly encouraged. The individual will join a group of collaborative support staff and scientists with diverse skill sets located in Boulder and remote offices, and should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, a curiosity to learn, and a flexible attitude to help a rapidly growing startup succeed. This position will report to the Boulder office at least 80% of the time.
