We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Wedding Planner to join our dynamic team. As a Wedding Planner, you will play a crucial role in creating unforgettable experiences for couples on their special day. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of wedding planning, from initial consultations to the final execution of events. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, creativity, and a keen understanding of the wedding industry.
Duties
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their wedding day.
- Develop and manage detailed event plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Source and negotiate contracts with vendors such as venues, caterers, florists, photographers, and entertainment.
- Coordinate logistics including venue setup, guest accommodations, transportation, and catering services.
- Provide exceptional guest services throughout the planning process and on the wedding day.
- Assist in marketing efforts to promote wedding planning services and upsell additional offerings.
- Manage on-site coordination during the event to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the event with professionalism and poise.
Skills
- Strong events management experience with a focus on weddings or similar events.
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management related to event planning.
- Excellent negotiation skills for vendor contracts and pricing.
- Experience in hospitality or guest services to enhance client satisfaction.
- Knowledge of fundraising techniques for couples looking to support charitable causes through their weddings.
- Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining client relationships.
- Familiarity with banquet operations within Country Club setting is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
