What are the responsibilities and job description for the Phlebotomist Lead position at Alta Vista Regional Hospital?
Performs specimen collection and processing according to established laboratory policies and procedures. Assisting director in providing oversight to departmental schedules. Peforms other duties as assigned.
Education: High school diploma or GED.
Experience: One year experience in a hospital or medically related environment preferred. Supervisory experience preferred.
Licenses/Certificates: Phlebotomy Certification preferred. Must obtain BLS within the first week of orientation.
