POSITION SUMMARY:
The Director, Client Partner Experience has primary accountability for an assigned portfolio of client accounts, including: overall program management, service delivery, client satisfaction and retention, revenue generation and profitability.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the single point of accountability and ownership for assigned client portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client Global Mobility teams and internal stakeholders
- Partner with global operations team(s) to ensure service excellence
- Conduct regular meetings with clients in portfolio, including quarterly, semi-annual, and annual account reviews
- Ensure resolution of customer challenges or client issues, involving other team members as appropriate
- Develop strategic client retention initiatives
- Develop opportunities for new services and revenue generation within assigned portfolio
- Consult client on policy updates/revisions as appropriate in conjunction with other key teams
- Review internal and external client reports for accuracy and follow up on revisions as needed
- Work collaboratively within a cross-functional global team environment to utilize resources appropriately
- Participate in the acquisition of new clients as a subject matter expert for the RFI/RFQ process, assisting in planning for and participating in presentations, and referring new business opportunities as appropriate
- Participate in new client implementations as appropriate
- May assist with group move planning, preparation, consultation and execution
- Ensure client database is fully updated
Location
- Walnut Creek location preferred, but not required
Education
- Undergraduate degree with significant coursework in marketing and/or business
Training and Experience
- Significant progressive career growth in the mobility industry and/or in a client services role; with a minimum of 10 years experience
- In-depth knowledge of the mobility industry and significant experience in fostering strong client relationships
Compensation
- California Based Range $100,000 - $150,000
- Bonus Eligible Position
The salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data for geographic locations. The Company in good faith believes that this posted compensation range is accurate for this role at this location at the time of posting. This range may be modified in the future.
