Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CyberSecurity Project Manager to lead and oversee various cybersecurity projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop project plans that outline the scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables for cybersecurity initiatives.
• Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met. Motivate and guide team members throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders, including IT, compliance, and business units, to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and resource allocation to ensure efficient use of funds and adherence to financial targets.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders, including project status, issues, and milestones.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the organization’s quality standards and align with best practices in cyber security.
• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate project outcomes and recommend improvements for future projects. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, CyberSecurity, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within cyber security or related fields.
• Certifications: PMP Project Management Professional or equivalent certifications are preferred.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), risk management practices, and security technologies.

Skills:

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• Proven track record of working with complex IT organizations
• Experienced with KanBan or SCRUM
