Product Engineer Electrical / Electronic
Job Summary
Our client in Dearborn, MI is looking for a Product Engineer Electrical / Electronic. This is a contract position.
What You Will Do
Body Module Engineering Analyst:
- Work with Body Module SMEs to support FSA audit process. This involves researching background documents (14D, 8D, emails, etc.) and generating evidence of compliance for the audit process. This includes maintaining detailed tracking and status documentation for each affected FSA workstream for Director report outs.
- Work with Body Module BCM Engineers to identify and resolve BCM Quality initiatives. This includes working in Jira, creating tasks and managing follow-up discussions with the cross-functional engineering teams.
- Self-starter with ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.
- BSEE, BSME, BSCS from accredited university.
- 5 years of experience in automotive system or body modules.
- Strong electrical systems and body module experience.
- Knowledge of Dealership repair methods.
- Strong communication and leadership skills for cross-functional cooperation and issue resolution.
- Experience with Our Client and computer systems (WERS, Jira, VSEM, IVS, Audit, GRID, Team Center, Integrator, MS Office, etc.).
- Hybrid position.
- Experience with automotive assembly plant production environment.
- MSEE, MSME, MSCS from accredited university.
- 10 years of experience.
- Electronic circuit design, embedded software, circuit board layout, and electronic module manufacturing.
