Software Engineer
Job Summary :
Our client in Salem, OR is looking for a Software Engineer. This is a contract position.

- Own, monitor, and assist with Service Now slack escalation queues.
- Provide trusted support and escalation for technical issues.
- Collaborate with users to ensure consistent performance.
- Support and maintain Our Client's Slack and Collaboration work spaces.
- Support and maintain our Slack Enterprise Environment and custom slack applications, while enforcing Our Client's best practices and standards.
- Think creatively and outside the box.
- Document knowledge base articles for service desk and end users.
- Identify and communicate gaps between current and desired end states.
- Assist with delivery management processes and enforcement.
- Schedule and lead ad-hoc demos and trainings for Slack, Custom Slack Apps and Workflow, and other digital workplace tools.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal / external teams.
