Job Summary
Our client in Raymond, OH is looking for a Suspension & Steering Design Engineer. This is a contract position.
What You Will Do
Conducts design feasibility and cost analysis, strength calculations, material selection, part construction, part specification, scheduling and coordinating activities involved in prototyping, fabricating, and manufacturing of chassis suspension and steering components products and systems. Analyzes components/parts in chassis suspension and steering components to ensure that established layout/quality/cost/performance standards and regulatory requirements are met or exceeded and recommends cost-effective design modifications/improvements that support testing and mass production.

Suspension & Steering Design Engineer
Job Summary
Our client in Raymond, OH is looking for a Suspension & Steering Design Engineer. This is a contract position.
What You Will Do

Basics
- Bachelor Degree of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required with the exception of having a minimum of 6 years of related Engineering experience which may be substituted for required degree.
- Design Engineer with over 5 years of engineering experience in actual creation / concept of chassis suspension and steering components per specialty (concept, specification setting and layout creation and negotiation capability).
- CATIA design engineering experience of 5 years or more is Required.
