About Your Work
The Senior Epic Application Analyst (Tapestry) role serves as the primary point of contact around day-to-day management of Epic Tapestry Application (employees may specialize across applications / solutions). This role is to be responsible for the coordination and maintenance of the application, providing end-users with support, resolving issues as they arise as well as proactively managing / coordinating with other Epic Application Analysts across teams to create dynamic user focused solution.
You Will Focus On :
- Serve as primary point of contact between IT team and end users, addressing their day-to-day issues and identifying issues to be coordinated across teams when needed.
- Develop an understanding of operational needs to set the direction for the organization's workflows, how applications are currently meeting those needs, and identifying potential problem areas.
- Work collaboratively across Epic teams to generate unique and innovative solutions to address user issues.
- Analyze technical issues associated with Epic software Identifying and implementing requested changes to the system.
- Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise.

The anticipated pay range for this role is listed in our salary posting for transparency but may vary based on factors including the candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, and geographic location. This base pay range is specific to California and can vary based on Bay Area, Metro LA, and Greater California regions which may not be applicable to other locations.

Physical Requirements : Office Environment - roles involving part to full time schedule in Office Environment. Based in our physical offices and work from home office / deskwork - Activity level : Sedentary, frequency most of workday.
