About Your Work
We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generator to join our Physician Network team. The Lead Generator will excel at building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and generating leads within the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and networking skills, with a strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and the needs of physicians. The Lead Generator will focus on identifying prospective physician partners, nurturing relationships, and driving growth for our network of healthcare providers.
This a casual role, with a fixed term of one (1) year.
You will focus on
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential physician partners to generate new leads for the network. Utilize a combination of cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking at industry events.
- Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date database of physician leads, ensuring accurate tracking of all outreach activities and results in the CRM system.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, regional physician practices, and competitor activity to target new leads effectively and strategically.
- Relationship Building: Engage with prospective physicians, practice managers, and other healthcare professionals to establish relationships and educate them on the benefits of joining our network.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess their potential fit within the network. Understand the unique needs of each physician practice and provide tailored solutions to address those needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads and seamless onboarding for new network members.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on lead generation metrics, including conversion rates, outreach efforts, and campaign success, to optimize future strategies.
- Customer Service & Support: Provide exceptional service throughout the lead generation process, addressing any questions or concerns from physicians and practices.
The Skills, Experience & Education You Bring
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with physicians and medical professionals.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the healthcare landscape, specifically physician practices and networks, is a plus.
- Required: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
- Required: Minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development within the healthcare or medical industry.

The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. Physical Requirements: Office Environment - roles involving part to full time schedule in Office Environment. Based in our physical offices and work from home office/deskwork – Activity level: Sedentary, frequency most of workday.
