Additionally, this position supervises and coordinates front office and back office patient care and clinic support staff, is responsible for ensuring efficiency of clinic operations, and for monitoring, coaching, training, reporting, planning, and budgeting as assigned.Minimum Requirements1. Current LVN license issued by the State of California required.2. Valid driver's license.3. A minimum of 1-2 year experience working in an outpatient setting in a supervisory role, preferably with the geriatric population.4. Prior experience with an Electronic Health / Medical system (EHR / EMR) preferred.5.
