The Opportunity at Altana
You will be responsible for all aspects of commercial contracting with a focus on the drafting, review, and negotiation of revenue generating contracts and building out the commercial contracting machinery necessary to support Altana's rapid growth.
You will :
- Handle a high volume and velocity pipeline of customer facing commercial contracts (SaaS)
- Build and refine the processes, runbooks, and machinery to enable contracting at an ever increasing scale
- Use intellectual agility, commercial nous, and project management skills to advise stakeholders and drive negotiations on complex matters adjacent to commercial contracting such as : data licensing agreements or partnerships; joint ventures; reseller agreements; novel pricing structures.
- Always be looking for opportunities to increase the speed, efficiency, and success rate of the customer sales cycle
- Take ownership of the continuous improvement of standard form agreements
- Be proactive, responsive, results orientated, always on the front foot, and adept at anticipating customer and stakeholder needs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and enabler for key stakeholders in the sales teams
