Primary Job Functions
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the 340B program to support the Director of Grants and 340B Programs in enhancing program efficiency, staff training, facility compliance, and related activities.
- Conduct scheduled audits of contract and entity-owned pharmacies participating in the 340B program; address and resolve reconciliation issues arising from these audits.
- Review referral reconciliation audits to ensure compliance with 340B program standards.
- Ensure full compliance with all 340B program requirements.
- Monitor and analyze 340B inventory and invoicing at both contract and entity-owned pharmacies.
- Assist in payment reconciliation for entity-owned outpatient pharmacies.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of compliance and performance reporting.
- Support additional tasks that promote the sustainability of the 340B and pharmacy programs.
- Continue professional development through relevant classes, seminars, publications, and training opportunities.
- Assist F&A department team members with review and analysis of data, as needed.
- Provide input and suggestions to process improvements within the F&A division.

- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to process and analyze large datasets.
- Experience as a pharmacy technician or within a healthcare system is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills are a plus.
