As a Mentor, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting students as they develop essential life skills through hands-on, interactive experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Offer daily guidance and support to students in a wide range of activities such as hiking, skiing, arts, music, grocery shopping, museum visits, tutoring, and martial arts.
- Foster meaningful relationships with students, creating a positive and encouraging environment that promotes learning and personal growth.
- Serve as a role model and a source of motivation, helping students build confidence and essential life skills.
- Participate in mentorship training and professional development with the opportunity to transition into a Life Coach role.
