Job Description:

As a Mentor, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting students as they develop essential life skills through hands-on, interactive experiences. This dynamic position offers daily opportunities to engage with students in a variety of activities, from outdoor adventures to creative pursuits, while providing mentorship that fosters personal growth. It’s a great opportunity for both professional and personal development, with a clear pathway to advancing into a Life Coach position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer daily guidance and support to students in a wide range of activities such as hiking, skiing, arts, music, grocery shopping, museum visits, tutoring, and martial arts.
• Foster meaningful relationships with students, creating a positive and encouraging environment that promotes learning and personal growth.
• Serve as a role model and a source of motivation, helping students build confidence and essential life skills.
• Participate in mentorship training and professional development with the opportunity to transition into a Life Coach role.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
