Health Recruitment Coordinator

AltaStaff is a staffing agency currently looking for a Health Recruitment Coordinator to work with our Managed Care Client!

**This position is fully remote**

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.50 hourly

Schedule: Full time schedule, 8-hour shifts within Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm CDT.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process applications and conduct initial outreach as needed to potential candidates and contractors

• Complete contractor credentialing and package applications in accordance with guidelines; monitor applications and follow up as needed

• Set up and maintain contractor information in online databases and systems

• Collect credentials and other onboarding documents of incoming contractors as per work instructions

• Perform data entry into various systems used to manage staff and contractors

• Maintain necessary logs, lists, records, and current documentation for applicants and contractors currently in the system

• Provide regular reports on pending staff and those who have begun onboarding

• Comply with required workplace safety standards

Skills/Experience:

• High School Diploma/GED required

• Must have 2 years of customer service experience

• Must have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Previous recruiting experience with Independent Contractors preferred

• Knowledge in the Mental/Behavioral Health field preferred

• Must have good technology and data entry skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work independently
