Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our team remotely. This role is ideal for someone passionate about talent acquisition, eager to learn, and able to work independently, as well as in a team environment. The Junior Recruiter will assist in sourcing, screening, and sending offers to candidates for various healthcare roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Ensure compliance with all hiring policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 0-2 years of experience in healthcare recruiting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Teams is a plus.
