Role :
We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between our stakeholders and IT professionals, ensuring seamless communication, effective requirement documentation, and the successful delivery of technology solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Requirements Gathering and Documentation : Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document clear and concise business requirements.
Model Processes : Utilize various tools to represent both current and desired future states of business processes.
Solution Validation : Collaborate with the tech team to ensure the developed solutions meet the business requirements and are implemented correctly.
Elicitation Techniques : Use a mix of interviews, workshops, document analysis, and other methods to gather information.
Requirements Organization : Structure and categorize information for clarity and easy access.
Prioritization : Work with stakeholders to prioritize requirements based on various factors like business value, cost, and technical feasibility.
Collaboration with IT and Development : Act as a liaison between the business and IT / dev teams to ensure a shared understanding of requirements.
Testing & QA : Assist in the testing phase by ensuring solutions meet the defined requirements and helping in the creation and execution of test cases.
Change Management : Aid in managing organizational changes to ensure effective adoption of new solutions or processes.
Training & Support : Provide necessary training and post-implementation support to users.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in STEM, Business, IT, or related field. [Or relevant experience]
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Familiarity with BA methodologies and tools (like UML, flowcharts, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in healthcare technology preferred

Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
