Under the direction of the Business Development Team, the Account Manager manages successful relationships with key clients, existing or not, and assists with access, privileges, and provider relations within the service area (Columbus, Cleveland, Dayton, Toledo, Akron and Cincinnati) . Working closely with Operations Teams to drive sustainable growth and create effective client and provider strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serves as the primary point of contact for senior care community clients, addressing their needs and resolving concerns promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and clients, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and long-term satisfaction.
- Monitor and evaluate provider performance against productivity expectations, offering actionable feedback, support, and guidance for improvement.
- Facilitate training sessions and provide ongoing guidance to providers on productivity expectations, workflow optimization, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct performance reviews for providers, identifying strengths, areas for improvement, and actionable goals to enhance their contributions.
- Oversee client contracts and ensure all terms are met, communicating any amendments effectively while maintaining confidentiality.
- Act as a liaison between providers and clients to address conflicts or concerns and promote the company’s services to meet client objectives.
- Coordinate onboarding for new providers, ensuring they understand practice policies, procedures, and performance expectations.
- Collect and analyze client feedback and research customer needs to identify opportunities for service improvement and expansion.
- Develop and execute growth strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Arrange business meetings with clients and identify key decision-makers within facilities to foster stronger partnerships.
- Maintain accurate and timely records in Pipedrive, including client interactions, provider performance data, and other key metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and satisfaction.
- Provide trustworthy feedback, solutions, and after-sales support to build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and standards while maintaining confidentiality of client and business information.
