Your Role at Alteas Health
Working under the guidance of our Senior Clinical Operations Manager, you’ll provide exceptional care in senior care facilities. From diagnosing acute conditions to prescribing treatments and educating patients, your expertise will change lives daily.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• 
  Diagnosing and treating illnesses, injuries, and infections.

• 
  Developing and implementing patient care plans.
• 
  Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests.

• 
  Educating patients on managing chronic illnesses and improving their health.

What You Need to Succeed:

• 
  Licensure: Valid NP licensure in Illinois.

• 
  Experience: At least 6 months as a Nurse Practitioner.
• 
  Transportation: Reliable, insured vehicle for travel.

•
