This is a full-time on-site role for a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician at ALTECH MECHANICAL SERVICE LLC in Ann Arbor, MI. The role involves performing troubleshooting, maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks on heating and air conditioning systems to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair skills
- Knowledge of EPA regulations along with certification
- Experience in conducting preventive maintenance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Certification in HVAC systems is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years experience
