We're hiring laborer/operator to work at our farm located in Penn Run, PA! This is a full-time position with competitive hourly wages depending on experience/skills. Ag experience is desirable. Applicants must have a willingness to learn, work as part of a team, have the ability to perform physical labor, preventative maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a variety of agricultural machinery, such as tractors, trucks, loaders, forklift.
- Assist with supplies to planters
- Perform basic maintenance on machinery.
- Communicate with coworkers and managers.
- General laborer
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 80 per week
Work Location: In person
