This role involves hands-on testing, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and refine vehicle suspension, chassis, and steering systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in instrumentation, data acquisition, limit handling, and durability testing.
- Conducting vehicle dynamics tuning, including suspension, steering, and chassis optimization for performance, comfort, and durability.
- Utilizing instrumentation and data acquisition tools for in-depth analysis of vehicle performance.
- Performing limit handling assessments, real-world testing, and track-based vehicle evaluations to validate performance characteristics.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of suspension kinematics, steering systems, and chassis tuning, as well as proficiency with data acquisition systems such as Siemens LMS, Race Logic, LabView, and MTS Test Suite.
