Job Description :

• Specification Phase : Track and manage process engineering specifications throughout project development.
• RFQ Phase : Monitor and oversee process engineering job tracking during the request for quotation (RFQ) phase.
• Design & Manufacturing Phase : Ensure effective tracking of process engineering tasks during design and production.
• On-Site Start-Up : Supervise process engineering activities during the start-up phase at the plant.
• Serial Life Management : Support and optimize process engineering tasks during mass production.
• Ergonomics : Ensure compliance with ergonomic standards in process and equipment design.
• Maintain and update a detailed project schedule , tracking planned and completed tasks.
• Provide weekly reports to PMSI or RCA on project progress.
• Document and distribute meeting minutes for key project discussions.
• Prepare and oversee Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) reports for equipment.
• Generate and maintain mechanical, electrical, and fluid design reports .
• Track and manage design stage reserves and issue reports to PMSI or RCA .
• Develop and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) and audit reports .
• Submit and process COFOR requests as required.
• Update and maintain FIDGI documentation .
• Track and manage reserve monitoring files throughout project phases.
• Manage requests for exemptions and codification of PRs .
• Oversee and document provisional acceptance reports for equipment.
• Validate and issue modification requests , ensuring approvals are documented.
• Maintain a list of supplier amendments and track accepted tenders.
• Continuously update project schedules, order specifications, and asset sheets .
• Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of DA (Decision Analysis) in FIDGI .
