Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Implement equipment traceability solutions on the customer site.
- Provide technical support (e-mail, telephone).
- Support the customer in the handling of multiple solutions by providing technical expertise.
- Analyze requests and advise the customer remotely when operating our solutions.
- Deploy on-site user solutions: support, setup and training.
- Drive software application deployment and updates
- Manage the relationship with customers and/or service providers.
- Test applications for safety, reliability, performance.
- Phone Support (Operation Support, Diagnostic Support).
- Contribute to corrective maintenance (diagnosis, error reporting and corrections follow-up).
- Ensure scalable system maintenance.
- Work alongside Business Engineers/Industrial Project Manager, providing customer business expertise.
- Support Architects/IT manager, guaranteeing the quality of the deliverables and driving transversal/product developments.
- Support R&D team, who will take care of the deliverables needed for the project (among others).
- Bachelor of Science (BS) or Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Technology.
- Knowledge of Windows Server and Linux (Ubuntu, RedHat, CentOS).
- Strong hardware technology experience
- Strong interpersonal, service, and teamwork skills are imperative.
- Technical curiosity and autonomy.
- Ability to communicate,and pedagogy.
- 1-3 years of experience in Information Technology.
- Operational in both written and oral French language
- Knowledge of collaborative work software, virtualized environments,
- Knowledge of RFID technology
- Knowledge of SAP
- Location: This assignment will begin in Grand Prairie, TX for the first 3 months. The position will shift to Columbus, MS for the next 4 months (housing and travel costs are covered for this final duration of the assignment)*.

Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
