We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Project Manager with at least 8 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in project management planning and support, contributing to large-scale projects and programs. As a Lead Project Manager, you will manage project timelines, oversee quality assurance processes, and coordinate risk management efforts while ensuring the team adheres to appropriate processes and principles.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Planning & Coordination : Develop and update project timelines, ensuring effective tracking of project milestones, deliverables, and resources.
Communication & Follow-Up : Facilitate project meetings, provide status updates, and ensure consistent communication with stakeholders. Follow up on action items to ensure timely resolution.
Quality Assurance : Manage and assure the quality of project outputs by following established quality management processes and methodologies.
Risk Management : Track and manage project risks, ensuring proactive measures are taken to mitigate potential issues that could affect project success.
End-to-End Project Management : Lead and manage large-scale projects or program components with limited oversight, ensuring all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively.
Mentorship & Leadership : Coach and mentor junior project management professionals, review their work, and delegate tasks to ensure team success.
Problem Solving : Address complex and difficult problems within projects, developing solutions and strategies to keep projects on track.
Qualifications :
Minimum 8 years of experience in project management or a related field, with a strong track record of managing large and complex projects or programs.
Proven expertise in developing project plans, managing risks, and overseeing project quality assurance.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage end-to-end processes.
Strong communication skills, with experience in leading meetings and providing clear project updates to stakeholders.
Ability to coach and provide guidance to junior team members.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex project challenges.
Preferred :
Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
Experience with project management software and tools.
Salary Range : $77,000-83,000
The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
