As a Sr. Quality Specialist you will be responsible for;
- Applying directives, policies, processes, and procedures to ensure regulatory requirements, international standards, and working agreements adhere to quality directives
- Developing scope, schedule, plans, and leads program through system-level audits
- Ensuring compliance with quality management system standards, configuration assurance, regulatory and customer requirements
- Leading quality review process
Qualifications;
- 6 years of experience in quality engineering
- Familiarity with continuous improvement strategies
- Experience interfacing with shop floor/production
- Experience working in the aerospace industry is preferred
- Must have great communication skills
- Strong audit experience is a plus
- Familiarity with aerostructure products is a plus
- Experience with Spirit Aerosystems products is a plus
Salary Range: $70K-$95K
The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
