As the Technical Support Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Focuses on providing specializing technical assistance to stakeholders in order to facilitate resolution to complex automotive technician concerns and workshop tools.
- Conduct Root cause analysis for product quality issues detected
- Define containment action when applicable and follow up with effective solutions
- Utilize data acquisition and analysis tools.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or relevant field)
- Must have expert level in diagnosing trucking issues
- Experience with the design, development of truck powertrain, chassis, electrical/electronics systems as well as workshop services best practices.
- Being able to manage large technical problems with limited oversight.
