We are seeking an exceptional Vehicle Dynamics Tuning Engineer to join our team. This role involves conducting vehicle dynamics tuning, suspension, steering, and chassis optimization for performance, comfort, and durability. You will utilize instrumentation and data acquisition tools to analyze vehicle performance, perform limit handling assessments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine vehicle dynamics and durability targets.
The ideal candidate should have strong understanding of suspension kinematics, steering systems, and chassis tuning. Proficiency with data acquisition systems, CAN bus systems, vehicle software calibration, and data logging tools is essential. Familiarity with road simulators, proving grounds, and off-road testing environments is also desirable. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills are required for this position.
