What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Engineer position at ALTEN?
As a Quality Engineer you will be responsible for;
- Flexibility and Adaptability : Working knowledge of successful approaches to dealing with change, with the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and manage change effectively
- Develop and implement quality control methodologies and systems proactively
- Collaborate with employees across various departments to enhance quality practices through daily coaching, tracking Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) projects, and utilizing Scorecards
- Work with engineering teams on Concurrent Product and Process Development, New Product Introduction, design-to-production validation, engineering changes and deviations, supplier designs, specification approvals, and cost reduction initiatives
