Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled System Architect with a strong background in system-level design and safety standards to join our engineering team. This role involves owning architecture work products and ensuring robust system design through the full development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop functional, logical, and physical architecture flows of complex systems.
- Own and manage System DFMEA / FMEA / FTA documentation; demonstrate strong knowledge of failure mode and effects analysis processes.
- Develop system architecture design requirements from stakeholder requirements.
- Lead and support development of Functional Safety (FuSa) work products up to ASIL B, including safety mechanisms and safety manual requirements.
- Use industry-standard tools such as Enterprise Architect and APIS IQ-FMEA.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware, mechanical, and software teams.
- Contribute to the development of high-voltage mechanical products such as power distribution boxes.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in systems engineering or architecture roles.
- Experience with Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and ownership of FuSa deliverables.
- Proficient with architecture and safety tools (Enterprise Architect, APIS).
- Strong understanding of hardware systems; mechanical product background is a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
