POSITION OVERVIEW :
The Credit Services and Cash Management team work closely with banks, credit unions, non-traditional commercial lenders, and private equity funds. Services include commercial loan underwriting, annual credit reviews, financial analysis, statement spreading, ratio & trend analysis, covenant & other loan metric monitoring, special asset management, commercial construction draw management, cash management, and document custody services.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Review and process distributions via wire, ACH, or check.
- Daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of accounts with bank records.
- Document custodial services for commercial, residential, or other loan facilities. Inventory and certify loan files, reporting exceptions. Processing of full or partial release requests.
- Analyze and process client construction or capex draw requests on an as needed basis.
- Monitor and communicate results for defined covenants and other financial metrics as requested by the client generally for positions held in syndicated or other structured loans.
- Spread and analyze borrower and guarantor financial statements and commercial property level operating statements.
- Assist with preparing written credit reviews and credit due diligence packages on behalf of our clients on commercial credits including C&I, commercial real estate, and government guaranteed loans (SBA 7(a), SBA 504, & USDA).
- Assist with management of special assets, including coordinating with the lender, borrower, legal counsel, and other professionals deemed necessary to manage the process of asset resolution.
- Assist on onboarding of new clients, including collection of KYC documentation and account opening.
- Use effective listening and communication skills to liaise with clients, internal Alter Domus teams and external parties regarding the timeliness and accuracy of loan activity information.
