Operations Manager / Project Manager - Jacksonville, FLJOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking an Operations Manager / Project Manager to join our growing team. You will take ownership of daily operations, ensuring smooth fulfillment, logistics, and inventory management while also supporting marketing activations and sales initiatives. This role requires 1-3 years of experience and is perfect for a proactive, self-starter who can identify areas for improvement and take action to optimize processes in a fast-moving e-commerce environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee order fulfillment, inventory tracking, and logistics to ensure efficiency
- Manage and support the daily duties of fulfillment specialists
- Identify trends, conduct root cause analysis, and implement process improvements
- Support marketing activations and in-person promotional events
- Assist sales efforts by ensuring seamless order processing and inventory alignment
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or e-commerce
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to take initiative and drive improvements
- Comfortable working in a team environment and collaborating cross-functionally
- Proficiency in learning new apps, programs, and systems quickly
