Role Overview

As the People & Operations Analyst, you'll play a critical role in supporting the company's operations and team growth. You'll work closely with leadership to ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations, assist in strategic initiatives, and take on diverse responsibilities to help us scale efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management :

Streamline and optimize internal processes to support our growing team and improve efficiency across the organization.

Assist with hiring, onboarding, and team development, ensuring our culture and standards are maintained as we scale.

Work across departments to execute high-priority projects and address bottlenecks quickly.

Take ownership of key initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed expectations.

Act as a trusted partner to leadership, supporting decision-making and driving critical projects forward.
