Job Responsibilities
Medical Records will maintain all medical records in the facility for proper order and completeness.
Additional responsibilities:
- Prepare admissions and re-admission chart records both hard copy and electronic.
- Complete audits and validation reports communicating all findings to DON.
- Maintain the records of all discharged residents in proper order.
Job Requirements

- Education: Graduation from an accredited school with the equivalent of a graduating diploma. College and/or Medical Billing/Coding schooling required or we welcome LPN's to apply
- Experience: Prior training desirable but not necessary. Will receive job training and in-service. Experience in Long Term Care field preferred.
- Certificate/ License: RHIT credential is desirable but not required.
