SUMMARY
Key responsibilities include ensuring safety and environmental compliance, managing work order scheduling and inventory, supporting capital projects, and preparing for inclement weather. Additionally, the Engineering Supervisor shares responsibility for the Engineering budget and indirect sourcing contract management.
Shift - 3rd (10 pm to 6 am)
Salary $70-72K plus Benefits
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline required; BS or MS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
3 years of experience leading a facilities maintenance team in a manufacturing, production, or distribution center environment.
Experience in project/process management, continuous process improvement, and quality control is highly preferred.
Familiarity with a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) preferred. Ability to read electrical diagrams, troubleshoot, test, and repair mechanical and electronic devices. PLC programming skills are a plus.
Strong technical expertise in general plant maintenance, HVAC, preventative maintenance, and mechanical facilities maintenance.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with strong PC literacy.
Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills (oral and written).
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and their application in the workplace.
Experience in specifying, selecting, and purchasing parts and equipment to maintain production systems.
Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, with frequent standing and walking. Must be able to work long hours and occasional weekends.
Regular exposure to the characteristics of a light industrial production environment.
Salary : $70,000 - $72,000
