TAPROOM BUSSER, ALTERNATE ENDING BEER CO.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supporting servers as needed during the shift
- Table setup, pre-bussing, and clearing tables as needed
- Running dishes and drinks to guests
- Completing sidework as directed by floor managers and lead servers
Qualifications:
- Flexible hours are required (able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays)
- Knowledge of menu items, including beers, wines, and food
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills
- Knowledge of craft beer styles a plus!
- Certificates/Licenses: Alcohol Awareness Training (T.I.P.S. Certification), Cicerone Level 1 certification a plus
- Able to tolerate pressure and work calmly and efficiently during busy times
- Exhibits an excellent service attitude and be willing to go out of their way to accommodate the guests and exceed their expectations
- Shows enthusiasm for the job and for Alternate Ending
- Is considerate, patient and willing to help out fellow employees
- Is courteous, has a friendly personality and professional appearance.
- Exhibits strong problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours; bend, push, pull; lift 25-50lbs
- Frequently stands, walks, talks and hears; uses hands, reaches with hands and arms; occasionally sits, climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls, crouches, taste or smells
- Environment/Noise: Occasionally works in extreme heat, wet or humid conditions. Noise level is moderate
- Occasionally works in outdoor weather conditions
