Looking for an office assistance: Job duties include: Being able to work Microsoft excel, word etc. Hiring applicants Handling incoming and making outbound calls to and from staff and applicants while also using basic office equipment like faxes and scanners. Help maintain files to keep track of important documents and data entry. Greeting clients and visitors as needed. Help organize and maintain office common areas. Performing general office clerk duties and errands. Coordinating events as necessary. Maintaining supply inventory. Maintaining office equipment as needed. Aiding with client reception as needed. Requirements: High School Diploma or associate's degree. Experience as an office assistance or in a related field. Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary. Warm personality with strong communication skills. Ability to work well under limited supervision. Great communication skills. Have a valid driver's license.
- Will be required to complete Daily house checks along with for cleanliness and making sure all necessary documentation are properly filled out .
- Assisting with maintaining/training and making sure shifts are covered.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $760 - $800 per Week
