Sales/Design Support

Works with sales/designers in a support role to facilitate accelerated turnaround and accuracy of the design process. Will assist with company marketing, such as website, email blasts, marketing materials, etc.

The Role:

· Supports Designers, Sales, and Sales Support.

· Aids with small quotes, research, and follow-up for small quotes.

· Assists with research for ancillary products needed on bids or proposals. Acquires pricing, discount, lead time, and any additional product/manufacturer information necessary.

· Assists with ABF Standards program to maintain samples and binders.

· May conduct site visits and measurements to ensure accurate information is relayed back to the Designer.

· Works with design to produce idea books and product-specific and client-specific presentations. Helps update and maintain ABF’s standard marketing presentations.

· Creates client case studies, helps organize and categorize ABF Client photos within our digital format, portfolio/reference/ bio updates, etc.

· Maintains design library, showroom, and demo chairs.

· Assists with creating proposals and processing Sales orders with the Admin Team.

Background:

· Furniture dealership industry experience is a plus.

· Bachelor’s Degree or Associate's Degree is a plus.

· Knowledge of furniture, finishes, materials, and specifications is a plus.

· Ability to work in a collaborative environment.

· Willingness to offer strong opinions in a fast-paced and supportive atmosphere.

· Ability to thrive with autonomy and find practical solutions for both customer and company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
