Job Summary
The R/A position is working with individuals who have been incarcerated or possibly getting incarcerated. and getting these individuals acclimated back into society, by helping them with structure , job assistance, housing and saving money.
Duties
- Assist residents with daily life skills for future goals
- Monitor and document residents for behavior issues, drug and alcohol testing
- Provide support for residents who want to excel at getting ready to go back into society.
- Engage residents in meaningful activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for all residents.
- Qualifications
- Previous experience in residential, security, community care, or similar roles preferred.
- Knowledge of the criminal justice system
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Compassionate demeanor with a genuine interest in providing quality care to residents.
- Ability to manage challenging behaviors with patience and understanding.
- Valid driver's license may be required for transportation duties.
- Must pass background checks as mandated by state regulations.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Overnight shift
- Weekends as needed
