At Gil Haugan Construction, a family-owned business since 1960, we’re looking for a dynamic Construction Project Manager to oversee project life cycles and collaborate closely with clients. In this role, you’ll ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead all phases of construction projects from start to finish
- Manage project budgets and schedules
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise to keep projects on track
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Expertise in organizing projects and handling fast-moving timelines
- Strong understanding of the construction industry and ability to read blueprints
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

- Competitive wages with a compensation of $65,000 to $100,000 annually based on qualifications and experience
- Full-time, 40 hours OT, primarily local work so home most nights!
