Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment and systems.
- Delivery and Transportation: Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products and services to clients.
- Customer Interaction: Provide professional and courteous service to clients during both technical support and delivery activities.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of services performed, deliveries made, and inventory handled.
Qualifications:
- Licensing: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of technical systems; willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused attitude.
