Locally owned and operated, GreenRidge Assisted Living is currently recruiting a compassionate leader to assume the position of Executive Director of our facility. Preference is being given towards a nurse in this role – RNs and LPNs are welcome to apply.
The position of Executive Director provides leadership to staff to assure that care standards are met and the highest degree of quality resident care is provided at all times. In our boutique setting, the position must function as a team member, team leader, and supervisor to ensure that work is accomplished and quality care is delivered, supporting team members and leading the way in celebrating team successes. The Executive Director has the authority, responsibility, and accountability for the overall operation and financial success of the center.

Qualified candidates must have:
- Preferably hold an RN or LPN license in the State of Ohio (or multistate jurisdiction).
- At least two years of gradually increasing management responsibility.
- Strong management and operation skills.
- Strong math/budgetary skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
