We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide essential care and support to individuals in need. This role involves assisting clients with daily tasks, personal hygiene, and ensuring their well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized assistance in daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility and transfers as needed
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate medical personnel
- Support clients with physical therapy exercises
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in personal care or a related field is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific care plans
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus
