Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate In-Home Care Providers (CNA, NAC, HCA, and HCA-in-training) to join our team. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential support to clients with their daily living activities, ensuring their safety, well-being, and comfort. You’ll work closely with clients, healthcare professionals, and family members to promote independence and respect for the client's dignity.
Walk-In Interviews:
Come meet us in person! We invite all interested applicants to our walk-in interviews every Monday and Friday, between 1:00 PM – 4:30 PM.

9212 E Montgomery Ave. Suite 504
(We are located on the second floor, at the back of the building complex.)
Please bring your current ID. Paper applications will be completed on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with mobility and light physical exercises.
- Prepare and serve meals in line with clients' dietary needs.
- Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing).
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's health or behavior.
- Administer medications and maintain accurate records.
- Assist clients with daily personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
- Accompany clients to medical appointments, social activities, and errands.
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals or family members.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for the client.
- Maintain client confidentiality, privacy, and dignity at all times.
Qualifications:
- Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Preferred: Two years of experience in in-home care or a similar role (not required).
- Skills: Strong communication skills, patience, empathy, and a caring demeanor.
- Ability to assist clients with mobility challenges.
- Driver’s License: Preferred but not required (mileage reimbursement for drivers).
- Ability to pass a background check (working with vulnerable populations).
