Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aide to provide essential support to clients in their homes. Duties
- Monday-Friday 1-5 PM
- Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist clients with mobility and transfers to ensure safety and comfort.
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs.
- Observe and report any changes in clients' conditions or behaviors to healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to enhance their emotional well-being.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
Skills
- Experience with medication administration protocols is essential.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
Requirements
- Licensed and insured driver
- Willingness to complete training/certification with guidance
- Must be okay with cats
- Must NOT wear any scented lotions/perfumes
