Job Summary:

As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential support to clients with their daily living activities, ensuring their safety, well-being, and comfort. You’ll work closely with clients, healthcare professionals, and family members to promote independence and respect for the client's dignity.

Walk-In Interviews:

Come meet us in person! We invite all interested applicants to our walk-in interviews every Monday and Friday, between 1:00 PM – 4:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility and light physical exercises.
• Prepare and serve meals in line with clients' dietary needs.
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing).
• Monitor and report any changes in the client's health or behavior.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate records.
• Assist clients with daily personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Accompany clients to medical appointments, social activities, and errands.
• Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals or family members.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for the client.
• Maintain client confidentiality, privacy, and dignity at all times.

Qualifications:

• Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Preferred: Two years of experience in in-home care or a similar role (not required).
• Skills: Strong communication skills, patience, empathy, and a caring demeanor.
• Ability to assist clients with mobility challenges.
• Driver’s License: Preferred but not required (mileage reimbursement for drivers).
• Ability to pass a background check (working with vulnerable populations).
