Job Description
The Assistant Residential Manager plays a vital role in the management of all program operations. This position assists the Residential Manager in ensuring that consumers' programs are adhered to, and collects data on consumers to help the Behaviorist analyze behavioral patterns.
This individual assumes duties and responsibilities of the Residential Manager in their absence as directed. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to lift up to 75 pounds, and transfer and physically intervene with individuals as required.
